Here are some ideas to make the day special.

All Birthday parties will have reserved seats on the train.


Option 1 *
Take the 10.10 Diesel Train to Bodmin Parkway and then have a walk along the old carriage drive to Lanhydrock house and back (1¾ miles each way). Then catch the 12.45 steam train back to Bodmin General and have your party food in a reserved area of a coach there.

Option 2
All as above plus take the 2pm train to Boscarne Junction and back. Train returns to Bodmin General at 2.42.

Option 3
Take the 2pm train to Boscarne Junction and back. Stay on the train and have your party food on the way to Bodmin Parkway. train returns to Bodmin General at 3.55.

Option 4
As above take the 2pm train to Boscarne Junction and back.
Alight at Bodmin General at 2.42 then have you party food in a reserved area of a coach there.
